What We Expect
Key Responsibilities
Video Editor (Junior):
Film and edit short form and long form video content for multiple platforms
Turn raw footage into polished reels, shorts and promotional videos
Add motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design for engagement
Collaborate with content strategists, designers and brand teams
Assist in building a growing library of brand-aligned video assets
Senior Video Editor:
Lead editing for brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling projects
Set editing guidelines for pacing, motion graphics and visual style
Review and provide feedback on edits from junior editors
Collaborate with content, brand and product teams on creative direction and timelines
Experiment with advanced motion design and visual storytelling trends
Role Specific Requirements
Video Editor (Junior):
1–2 years of professional editing experience
Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut
Strong sense of pacing, framing, and visual storytelling
Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics or color grading
Senior Video Editor:
3+ years of professional editing experience with a strong portfolio
Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and advanced motion graphics
Experience across formats, short form, long form, animation, campaign visuals
Bonus: Background in visual direction or brand storytelling
