What We Expect
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or equivalent tools
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
Develop and maintain design systems for consistent branding and product scalability
Conduct usability checks and integrate user feedback into iterative design improvements
For senior roles: Provide mentorship, lead design strategy, and ensure quality standards across the team
Role-Specific Requirements
Junior UX/UI Designer (1+ Year):
Basic experience or strong portfolio from internships/projects
Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD and responsive design principles
Eagerness to learn UX best practices and modern design workflows
UX/UI Designer (2+ Years):
Proficiency in Figma with experience in end-to-end design processes
Ability to work independently on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Understanding of accessibility, SaaS interfaces, or dashboard designs
Senior UX/UI Designer (3+ Years):
Expertise in design systems, product-level UX strategy and prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in product design decisions
Experience mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Bonus Skills: UX research, SaaS/dashboards, leadership workshops, or modern prototyping tools.
