What We Expect
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications from concept to deployment
Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks
Implement back-end logic, APIs and database systems using Node.js, Laravel, or similar technologies
Convert Figma designs into pixel perfect, user friendly interfaces
Ensure code quality through debugging, testing and performance optimization
Collaborate with designers, project managers and other developers to deliver on time, high quality solutions
Role Specific Requirements
Junior Full Stack Developer (1–2 Years):
Basic experience in front end and back end technologies
Familiarity with Git, APIs and responsive design principles
Eagerness to learn and adapt to modern development practices
Full Stack Developer (2–3 Years):
Proven ability to build and maintain full stack applications independently
Strong proficiency in React/Next.js and Node.js/Laravel
Understanding of clean architecture, database management and performance optimization
Senior Full Stack Developer (3+ Years):
Expertise in architecting scalable systems and leading development projects
Advanced debugging, refactoring and code optimization skills
Ability to mentor junior team members and ensure best practices across the team
