People Executive

Role Overview

Brandsquare, LLC is hiring a People Executive to manage people operations, internal culture, communication standards, and HR systems across the company. Key Responsibilities
1. People Operations & Discipline Management

  • Maintain daily presence logs and attendance records
  • Regularly check Scrum logs and team activity records
  • Monitor punctuality, working hours and daily check-ins
  • Maintain people related trackers with accuracy
  • Ensure discipline and consistency in daily people operations

2. Company Culture & Behavior Standards
  • Actively maintain and reinforce Brandsquare company culture
  • Ensure respectful, professional behavior across all teams
  • Monitor internal conduct and flag culture related issues
  • Help team members understand expected workplace behavior
  • Ensure actions align with U.S. company culture and values

3. Communication & Language Standards
  • Ensure professional language is maintained in all internal communication
  • Monitor written and verbal communication across teams
  • Guide team members on proper workplace communication tone
  • Maintain consistency in how the team communicates internally
  • Address language misuse or unprofessional communication when needed

4. HR Process & System Management
  • Maintain HR trackers, documentation and internal records
  • Manage skill reports and role-wise capability tracking
  • Support KPI handling related to people performance
  • Ensure HR systems, sheets and tools remain updated
  • Support improvements to people processes and workflows

5. Hiring & Recruitment Coordination
  • Support hiring related work and coordination
  • Manage hiring documentation and internal approvals
  • Handle candidate communication and email flow professionally
  • Maintain hiring trackers and interview records
  • Ensure hiring communication reflects company standards

6. Payroll, Leave & Policy Handling
  • Prepare payroll data and monthly summaries
  • Assist in payslip preparation and distribution
  • Maintain leave records, balances and approvals
  • Ensure leave and HR policies are followed correctly
  • Communicate policies clearly and professionally

7. Onboarding, Exit & Cultural Alignment
  • Manage onboarding process for new team members
  • Introduce new hires to Brandsquare culture and standards
  • Ensure proper orientation on behavior, language and systems
  • Handle exit documentation and clearance processes
  • Ensure respectful and professional exit experience

8. Team Engagement & Culture Execution
  • Support team engagement programs and internal activities
  • Coordinate events, training and culture initiatives
  • Help build a positive, respectful and inclusive environment
  • Support internal development and culture training sessions
  • Ensure culture is practiced daily, not just documented

9. People Tools, Reporting & System Ownership
  • Maintain HR tools, people systems and trackers
  • Ensure proper usage of people related tools
  • Prepare people related reports and documentation
  • Support Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly KPI reports
  • Share structured people insights with management
Role Specific Requirements
    • 2+ years experience in HR, People Operations or Admin roles
    • Strong understanding of workplace culture and discipline
    • Ability to enforce professional behavior calmly and fairly
    • Experience maintaining HR records, trackers and reports
    • Strong communication skills with focus on professional language
    • Comfortable working in a U.S. company culture environment
    • Mature, responsible and people first mindset

Location:
Puran Thana, Kishoreganj Sadar, Kishoreganj
Important Note:
This role is fully onsite and requires working from our Kishoreganj Sadar office. Remote work is not available. Please apply only if you can be present in the office full time.
Office Hours:
10 AM to 6 PM (8 Hours / 6 Day)

Compensation:
