Role Overview

Brandsquare is looking for Junior, Mid Level and Senior Operations Executives to keep our projects, teams and systems running smoothly. If you’re organized, detail oriented and love building structure in a fast paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
  • coordinate day to day project tasks across departments
  • track deadlines deliverables and client updates to ensure smooth execution
  • manage operational workflows and assist in process improvements
  • collaborate with project managers designers and developers for task alignment
  • for senior roles lead operations planning oversee internal systems and mentor junior team members
Role Specific Requirements
  1. Junior Operations Executive (1+ Years):

    • Basic experience in project coordination or administrative roles
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Familiarity with basic task management tools

  2. Operations Executive (2+ Years):

    • Proven experience in handling project timelines and multi-team coordination
    • Ability to manage day-to-day operations with minimal supervision
    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and reporting tools

  3. Senior Operations Executive (3+ Years):

    • Expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and team oversight
    • Experience leading meetings, managing KPIs, and reporting to management
    • Ability to mentor junior executives and ensure workflow efficiency

    Bonus Skills: Experience in creative agencies, tech firms, or client-facing operations.

Office Hours:
10 AM to 6 PM (Friday Off)
