What We Expect
Key Responsibilities
Design brand identity systems including logos, typography and color palettes
Create marketing assets such as social media graphics, presentations, and print materials
Collaborate with content and strategy teams to bring brand stories to life
Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline platforms
For senior roles: Lead brand strategy discussions, mentor junior designers and oversee final deliverables
Role Specific Requirements
Junior Brand Designer (1+ Years):
Basic design skills with knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma
Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt designs for different platforms
Eagerness to learn and develop creative concepts
Brand Designer (2+ Years):
Strong portfolio with real client or project work
Ability to create full brand identity systems from scratch
Experience with both digital and print design assets
Senior Brand Designer (3+ Years):
Expertise in brand identity, visual strategy, and creative direction
Experience mentoring junior designers and leading client-facing design projects
Ability to present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders
Bonus Skills: Motion graphics, packaging design, or web design experience.
